Embark on a thrilling journey from Manuel Antonio in our rugged 4x4 vehicle to a unique community cooperative dedicated to eco-sustainable tourism. Traverse some of Costa Rica's highest hanging bridges, discover the diverse local flora and fauna, and take a refreshing swim in a stunning 120-foot waterfall nestled deep within the primary rainforest.

Afterward, hike up to the home of one of the cooperative's founders for a special lunch prepared by our friend Doña Corona. Enjoy her quaint home, explore her medicinal garden, sample local fruits, and immerse yourself in the campesino lifestyle.

Conclude your adventure with a hands-on experience pressing sugar cane using a traditional Trapiche.

Tour Details

Best For: Ages 6 and up.

  • This day tour lasts approximately 6 hours from pick-up at your hotel or home in Manuel Antonio/Quepos, until your return.

    Pick-Up Time: 8:00 am

    • Transportation from/to your hotel or rental home in Manuel Antonio/Quepos

    • Entrance to hanging bridges

    • Guided waterfall hike
