Venture out from Manuel Antonio in our 4x4 vehicle to a charming village nestled just 30 minutes into the mountains. Visit the secluded property of Chorro Ecolodge in the middle of the rainforest, offering a breathtaking view of the rushing Naranjo River below. Explore the gardens, discover local fruits and spices, and taste the cacao fruit in its purest form.

Head to the Rancho for an engaging lesson on the history of chocolate, then roll up your sleeves to create your own truffles, selecting from a variety of toppings to make them uniquely yours. While your chocolate sets, take a short trail to the river and plunge into a refreshing waterfall. Swim in the pool, relax on a giant boulder, and soak in this serene spot.

Afterward, visit our neighbor and friend, Doña Luz, for an authentic, hands-on lunch experience in her cozy home. Learn to make tortillas and connect with Doña Luz and her family before an early afternoon return to Manuel Antonio.

  • This day tour lasts approximately 6 hours from pick-up at your hotel or home in Manuel Antonio/Quepos, until your return.

    Pick-Up Time: 8:00 am
